The Residence GG is located in an urbanization with multiple lots, each offering excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean. This housing project consists of a T3 single-family home, designed with a contemporary approach that maximizes the connection between interior and exterior spaces.
The house features ample outdoor areas, a swimming pool overlooking the surrounding landscape, parking for two cars, and landscaped gardens surrounding the building, reinforcing the integration of the project with the land and enhancing the sense of privacy and comfort.
