SO House is located in Funchal, in a calm and tranquil area, benefiting from expansive views over the city’s bay. The project proposes a T3 single-family residence, organized to concentrate the main living areas on a single level, while the lower floor accommodates support spaces and storage areas. The architecture adopts a contemporary language, in which formal simplicity is balanced by a richness of textures and a neutral color palette, reinforcing the relationship between space, light, and landscape.
