From the first intervention, the house was acquired on site and the reconversion project consisted of partially reorganizing the interiors of the house, redesigning the facades, gardens and swimming pool. From the second intervention, works were again carried out to improve the interior and exterior social spaces of the house, namely the swimming pool and the porch.
